THIS PATCH IS A REJECT.

THESE PATCHES ARE NOT PERFECT BY ANY MEANS. SOME OF THESEPATCHES WILL HAVE SMALL BLACK DOTS ON THEM. PATCHES MAY HAVE LARGE DIRTPARTICLES, STREAKS IN THE COLORS,BLURBS INPRINTED IMAGE, OR ACOMBINATION OF THESE DEFECTS.
PATCHES WILL BE IDENTIFIABLE, FUNCTIONAL ANDREFLECTIVEBUT NOT INPERFECT CONDITION.ONE IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW IS THAT THESE REJECTSHAVE A BRITTLE/NONDURABLETOP COAT AND CANNOT BE HANDLED ROUGHLY.

Raw Solas areas or Magic Black areas willreflect brightly when viewed with night vision. Patches labeled as Reflective(raw solas) are non covert and will reflect under any condition.

We do not recommend these patches for use in the field, they areonly for collecting.Please purchase SolasX patches for use in thefield.

Many of thesepatches are uncommon patches, printed forindividual units or branches of the military.Many patches have onlya limited quantity available for purchase.Most of the REJECTpatchesare older patches.The patches labeled as “Old Tan” and“Gloss Finish” were printed before 2007.Patches that have a Mattfinish were printed after 2007 that was before we switched over to the SolasXprinting process.These patches must not be bent or the topcoat willcrack.

These are the same type of patches used by theUSMilitary.The patches were manufactured in our factory here in theUSA.Everystep of the process is done here at Anytime Sign, artwork, screen printing, anddie cutting.

TheVELCRO® BRAND FASTENER we use has the highest qualityacrylic-based adhesive glue and is able to withstand extremely hot climates.HOOK SIDE ON BACK OF PATCH ONLY, WE DO NOT PROVIDE THELOOPSIDE.VELCRO®BRAND FASTENER 330 PSA 0172.

Solvent Based Inks.All the inks we use on our patchesare Solvent Based.Solvent based inks are better than digitallyprinted or UV inks because they adhere better and have a thicker inkdeposit.Solvent based inks will not fade, even if they are leftoutdoors for years.

Magic Black Infrared Ink.Magic Black is made anddeveloped by Anytime Sign.We regulate the quality and the thicknessfor ultimate opacity in the visible spectrum.In the infraredspectrum, Magic Black becomes transparent allowing for the 3M®Brand solas toreflect light back to the Night Vision equipment, providing crystal- clearfriend or foe identification.
