DISPOSING(SLOWLY) OF A VERY LARGE, LIFELONG COLLECTION OF POCKET

KNIVES. ONLYPOSTING A COUPLE A DAY SO BOOKMARK ME FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

NOTE - no attempt has been made to polish, clean or otherwise make this knife more attractive for photos.

Three good stainless steel, Sheffield made multi-blade pocket knives. Estimate these to be from the 1950’s or 60’s.

The first is a two blade example with good engine turned scales. Measures approximately 3 1/8 inches long overall, closed. Primary blade measures approximately 1 7/16 inches long, edge only. Blade etched “Stainless Sheffield Eng.”. Secondary blade measures approximately 1 1/8 inches long, edge only. Good engine turned scales with easy open cut-outs. Oblong shield to obverse stamped “Rustless”. Strong snap to both blades. Blades with some scratching and evidence of sharpening.

Second is a three blade, all steel sleeve board. Measures approximately 3 3/16 inches long overall, closed. Primary blade measures approximately 1 5/8 inches long, edge only. Obverse tang stamped “Stainless Sheffield England”. Secondary pen blade measures approximately 1 1/4 inches long, edge only. Identical tang stamps. Third blade is a spike measuring 3 5/8 inches long, measured along the spine. Smooth stainless steel scales. Strong snap to all three blades. Light scratching to scales, likely pocket wear. Blades very good, bright polished.

The third is four blade (two each side) example. Length overall approximately 3 ¼ inches long. Blade lengths are 1 ¾ and 1 ¼ inches long, edge only. Each tang stamped “Stainless Sheffield England”. File and screwdriver “blades” to the opposite side. Strong snap to all blades/tools. All are bright polished and clean. Smooth stainless scales with light scratching (likely from pocket carry).
