These are 3 Vintage 1940\'s maybe earlier, National Bohemian / Natty Boh Beer Glasses. The red enameled graphic design on each glass depicts different graphic designs by Hans Flato. One of the glasses has NATIONAL PREMIUM with a man with a top hat in a circle with a goblet of beer. The other two glasses have different designs by Hans Flato to include women carrying a tray of beer goblets and one woman a dog.
These glasses are \"new old stock\".
The art is by Hans Flato, (October 23, 1887 - September 6, 1950. Born in Germany, immigrated to the United States in 1910. Designed Art Deco period ads and movie posters in the 1930\'s (Blonde Venus, Devil is a Woman, the Scarlett Empress, Angel which are all Marlene Dietrich films). He did advertising ads for clothing companies including Van Heusen and work for Harper\'s Bazaar and Women\'s Home Companion. A versatile artist capable of lush realism or cartoonish fun as in these National Bohemian Beer glasses. He died in Los Angeles.
Condition on each glass is very, very good. No chips, cracks, loss to red enamel graphics.
