We are offering these 3 Very Rare Old Na-Ah-Tee Canyon Arizona $5 Nakai Tso Navajo Trading Post Tokens.
The Navajo people brought sheep, cattle, wood, corn and other items to trade for merchandise at the Trading Post.
The trading post would give then give them tokens with which to trade for various items.
Many times the Navajo would buy cloth, sugar, coffee, flour, utensils, lamps and sometimes sewing machines if they had enough tokens to exchange for the items that they wanted.

These old tokens are much nicer than the photos show.

These tokens were used at the Nakai Tso Navajo Trading Post and come in denominations of 5 dollars.

They are circa 1900's to 1930's.

They measure 1-3/8" X 1-3/8".

The total weight is 40.6 grams.
