Set of three (3) Davenport Longport Old Imari pattern no. 2614 1 3/4 in. hemispherical tea cups, each on three ball feet, and 4 3/4 in. diameter, shallow, rounded saucers with flat wells.Decoration is painted entirely by hand in underglaze deep cobalt blue and overglaze red-orange, with gilding over the designs, around the rims, and on the outer side of the handles and the ball feet of the cups; the handles\' inner side is a light coral or peach. All pieces are marked on their undersides with orange-red backstamp (crowned \"DAVENPORT / LONGPORT / STAFFORDSHIRE\"; standard printed mark, ca. 1870-1886) and the pattern number; the saucers are additionally impressed under the glaze \"DAVENPORT\".Cup diameter is 2 15/16 in. at rim with 3/8 in. diameter ball feet; each weighs approx. 2.5 oz.Saucer diameter is 5.25 in. at rim and 3 3/8 in. at foot ring; each weighs approx. 3.5 oz.
