3\" Salt Pepper Shaker Green Glass French Bulldog Dog Metal head Rare Antique:

This is an antique Salt Shaker with the metal cap.

This is a french bulldog in an emerald green color glass cased in clear, with chrome plated metal head and I believe the eyes are glass. I have seen these attributed to France or Czech region, but no manufacturer. I have seen green, yellow & cranberry. I have the larger Cranberry as well.

Measure: 3\" tall.

Condition: This is an old antique shaker. The metal exterior of the head looks like it was Chrome plated over another metal to me. The patina and wear on the chrome is common. Inside it has age wear and rust where the eyes attached inside but this is not visible with cap on. The threading that hides under the cap is chipped off, but it still holds the cap in place and go on and off easily if you turn it correctly. This threaded chipped area hides with cap on as well. The body of the dog looks good so it displays well.
