So happy to offer up this incredible set of 3 original 19th c. albumen photo prints featuring Salzburg Germany. So you don\'t get confused, I am including listing photos of a 4th original albumen print featuring Winchester Cathedral that I decided to list separately, but am showing here in case it interests you as well. Most incredible about these rare albumen prints is that all 3 are still loose photo prints that have survived in wonderful condition without ever being mounted to a stiffer backing. This matched set are 7.5\" x 10.5\" and contain a blue ink verso stamp stating as follows: Photogr. Verlag & Liehtdruck - Anstalt WORTHLE & SOHN SALZBURG. I am quite positive that Liehtdruck is the actual photographer and perhaps Worthle & Sohn the wet plate albumen print creator. The 3 historic views which are white letter typeset and bottom right corner placement are as follows: 1300 Berchtesgaden, 19. Salzburg, Friedhof St. Peter & 5. Salzburg von Mulln. I have seen these images available for reproduction and have seen them used and referenced for antique stereo viewer cards, but I have not seen them available as true rare actual albumen prints that you have the opportunity to obtain here.
