- Pre-owned in very good to excellent condition - most are in New (never used or worn) condition - all collected while I was a Boy Scout (Troop 100) back in the late 1060s / early 1970s - most (not all) have ties to the Charter Oak Council in Hartford, Connecticut

We mostly use UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested – USPS Ground Advantage and Media Mail may also be used when appropriate. And, we’ll be happy to combine shipping whenever possible.
We do accept returns within 30 DAYS provided that the item is returned in the same condition as it was received. The buyer pays for shipping to include tracking on the item – NO refunds can be processed without a tracking number. The refund will be issued as soon as the item is back in our hands and inspected.
