A very rare Chinese vintage black lacquer wood tea set with painting. Made in China, the first half of the last century. no markings.
Service for 6 people - 6 cups, 6 saucers, 1 teapot, 1 creamer, 1 sugar bowl, 5 teaspoons, 1 sugar tongs, 1 tray. Set is unusually light and thin. All decorated with mountain scenery. The inside of the tea set is finished with gold lacquer.
Excellent condition. There is one small chip on the edge of the creamer (shown in the picture).
The set is missing one spoon.
