Begin or complete your Halloween collection with this independently made mask. The 75k Castle is iconic as any sculpt in this hobby. It has direct lineage to the Don Post 1975 Captain Kirk mask, which we all know was the mask in the original Halloween (and Halloween II in 1981. Horror films. Nikos from NAG brought us history, and James Carter's work turns the Kirk into an accurate Michael Myers mask. The exact conversion process Bill Malone used in the film.

This is perfect for genuine fans of the classic horror franchise. With intricate details, the mask captures the essence from the original film. This detailed pull is on the thicker side, which allowed for the prominent forehead : cheek detail to transfer to this beautiful mask. It is no wonder James chose this as his own. It is signed as JC's personal copy. It is a perfect pull, which is great for display or for wearing. The neck has been cut (only in the back, as seen in the last photo) which makes it more authentic, an easier display, and if you plan on wearing it, a more comfortable mask under the coveralls. It isn’t trimmed all the way around; it is professionally done and hard to explain. So the last photo is a direct photo in which you can see what I am even talking about.

For me the 6 month wait for the masks was too much back in 2005. I understand now JC’s waitlist is 10 years. I’m not going to up the price of the mask due to this. I want this to go to a true collector. This mask is approximately 24.5” and genuinely a grail of this hobby. This has been my 1978 display for years. I don't want to part with this piece, but have no choice. I'm selling this beast for $100 less than I personally paid years ago. Never worn. Kept behind glass.
