I am selling 2 rare, vintage, 1962 Pennsylvania Railroad Army-Navy Game souvenir glasses. The annual Army-Navy football games started in 1890 and have been played primarily in Philadelphia on most years. The Pennsylvania Railroad provided game day service to the Army-Navy game for decades. They would construct a large temporary station near Municipal Stadium and would bring in tens of thousands of fans via over 40 different Pennsylvania Railroad trains to the game each year. These glasses have the iconic Pennsylvania Railroad logo and a train on one side and the Army vs Navy names and football player graphics on the other. The glasses also have the game results for every year from 1890 to 1961. The glasses measure 4” height x 3.5” diameter at the top. Each glass weighs approximately 11oz. They are in excellent, near perfect, condition. No chips, no cracks, great paint and graphics. Please see and enlarge all photos for the exact condition of the items before purchasing.
