Two photos (4.5\" x 2.75\") that are pasted to a card that is slightly larger. One on front and one on back. Dated July 4, 1936.
One depicts men, I assume firemen, marching in a parade in downtown Ramsey, NJ. The other side is a photo of an old horse drawn type fire engine with the pumps and ladders. There is a sign that is hard to read, but I am pretty sure it says:
RAMSEY\'S TWO OLDEST FIREMEN AND THE OLDEST ENGINE IN NORTH JERSEY(?)...I think it says \"Jersey\", possible \"America\"??
I have other photos from this parade. I think the folks who took the pics were related to one of the firemen.
Great photos for a local \"Ramsey\" collector.
