2 postcards featuring The Princess Theatre in Wichita, KS at 230 E. William St. The Princess opened in 1909 as a legitimate theatre and then switched to a "grind" house policy, (lower class, second run movie shown continuously), in 1918. It closed in 1926 and was demolished in 1927.
The card with the theatre in yellow is postmarked 1913. It has a crease in the lower right corner, and shows some corner/edge/surface wear.
The vertical card is postmarked 1912. It has a horizontal crease in the middle and shows corner/edge wear. There's a notation on the front in the upper right corner.
All of my postcards are shipping in a rigid mailer to protect them all the way to your door.
