These come in two sizes, one around 6\" tall and the other around 11\". This pair are the smaller size.
Judy Peele is of Comanche and Irish descent. Born and raised in Northern Texas near the Oklahoma border, she has been an artist since childhood. Judy\'s Indian given name is Morning Dove.
The male figure is wearing a hat and is wrapped in a brown blanket handpainted with earthy colors symbolic of traditional Native motifs including the sun, mountains, and spirals. One of a limited edition of 3000.
The female figure is wrapped in a green blanket with similar handpainted markings and is wearing a string of beads. One of a limited edition of 7500.
Both are holding feathers and have feathers adorning their heads. An attractive mix of traditional and contemporary art.
