2 Embroidered Pillowcases Pansy Floral Pansies & Ribbons Shabby Décor Cottage Core 1940s pair
My late mother had some very pretty embroidered linens which she seldom used because they were \"too nice.\" So, many have survived the decades with minimal wear.
Blue pansies and ribbons: These pillowcases have a very pretty embroidered design of pansies in medium blue with ribbons, all done in the same color. The design area is 18 inches wide x 3 inches deep. The pillowcases are 30 inches long x 20 inches wide. Cotton is thick and nice.
The embroidery is all in nice shape. There is one tiny spot above the embroidery one one of the cases that looks to me like it would come out easily, but I didn\'t want to try using any products on this case that you might not approve of. (See last photo.) There is also a smudge on that same one thatlooks to me like Mom maybe had something on the bottom of the iron that smudged the case. (See second to last photo.)
