Pair of Antique German 5 Bay Oyster Plates Hand-painted, gold trim. Probably from late 1800\'s to turn of century. Measure 8 1/4 inches in diameter. No markings but one has a note taped on back that reads \"German Kornitz book, page 97, OYB19, Registrirt\". As I have no book, I am assuming this information means something but can\'t find anything on line to verify. Beautiful condition, just need washing. I see prices on these exact plates online all the way from $400 down to $70 each so I have no idea their worth.

If anyone can give me additional information, I would appreciate it. I have a total of 4 plates if you are interested in additional units. Just let me know at end of sale so I can adjust your invoice. I reserve the right to refuse to sell the extra pieces.
