It’s made of paperboard, and has a magnet on the back. Made in 1998 , these were promos distributed to hold Marlboro Miles so you wouldn’t lose them. I think it’s in excellent shape for age.I don’t see any tears or rips. It is intact. Has some light scuffing/scratching from storage or use. See my pictures.
