1997 CASE 6151 SAB SG SS Jigged Bone Swing Guard Jaguar (#142) Very Collectable:
$449.99

This beautiful Case XX pocket knife is a must-have for any collector. Made in the United States in 1997, it features a surgical stainless steel clip point blade measuring over 4 inches, and a stunning GREEN bone handle. The knife has been well-maintained and is in excellent condition, with a lockback mechanism

This knife is a rare find, being the first model of the 6151 SAB SS Swing Guard Jaguar. It's an amofferextrous manual opener, with a plain blade edge and a single blade. The handle is made of bone, adding to its overall beauty. Don't miss out on your chance to add this amazing knife to your collection.

In 1997 the Case Jaguar series was designed during a time of transition, when tooling was being adjusted for more contemporary technology. At the time, there was no feasible way to produce an 11 ½ pattern Cheetah, due to the changing nature of the Case factory, however the demand for a swing-guard was still very high. Using some ingenuity and using one of the patterns Case did have updated tooling for, the '51 trapper, they gave it a few upgrades, added a jaguar caught mid-prowl onto the clip blade with a sleek swing guard design at the base of the blade of the 5 ¼ inch monster and thus the Jaguar came to be.

This beautiful Case XX 6151 knife is #142 of 1500 produced in 1997. I’ve also attached a description explaining the Saber Ground blade. Very cool!

Has never been carried or sharpened. There is a small marks above the jaguar tail. I believe these marks were made by the closing and opening a handful of times during its 27 year life. It does not affect te blade whatsoever and as you can see, hardly noticeable in certain lighting or angles. I’ve included various photos for your consideration.

You are a few clicks away from adding this gorgeous knife to your collection! I am not a knife dealer, checkout the other knives I’m offering from my personal collection. I post almost daily and have MANY knives in brand new condition. Thank you very much for looking at my listing!
