1994 Santa\'s Best Snow Village CHRISTMAS LIGHTED HOUSE from the Christmas in Vermont Collection. Displays perfectly with Department 56 Original Snow Village--they have the same glossy paint, style, and size. Matter of fact, I used it in my display this year thinking that it was Department 56--it had been mixed in with a large lot that I had purchased last summer. There are no chips, cracks, or breaks. The front porch and the sides of the house are decorated with garland, there is a wreath on the middle dormer window. It is a great piece. Measures 9\" wide and is 8\" high. There is no box or light cord.
Most of the items that I sell are antique or vintage as as such they do show signs of patina, use, and age. That only adds to the character that so many collectors desire. If there are any major issues or defects, I try to describe them to the best of my ability and as accurately as possible. In the event that I do miss something with words, I provide you with plenty of pictures to be included as part of the description.
