Rivertown Mardi Gras Museum King Prop. Work has started on construction of the Rivertown Mardi Gras Museum in Kenner. The site is at 421 Williams Blvd. The proposed opening time will be in late 1991, said Gordon Linge, along with Jill Jeskin, who are the designers of the Museum. Linge said they will create, as coloe as possible, the atmosphere of a parade passing on a street in the quarter, with street curb, brick sidewalks, street lights, balcony over the street, etc. Much of the \"props\" will be donated, he said.
