This is a 1989 Paul Sebastian \"Home Run\" Boys Baseball Porcelain Figurine of Two Boys on Two Different Baseball Teams.
The Boy standing up (The Winner) has his arms raised and he has a \"P\" on his Cap and the Boy sitting with his head down (The Loser) has a \"S\" on his Cap.
The figurine is approximately 9\" Tall x 5\" Wide x 4\" Deep.
