1989 4th Battalion Yorkshire Volunteers Consecration of Colours Programme:

This is one of a number of Regimental Colours presentation programme of events, invites to military awards, inspection of troops, consecration of colours, and trooping the colours from the 1900\'s up to the 1990\'s era. They tend to have about 2 - 4 pages inside. All sorts of regiments and some have the regimental colours as a ribbon holding them together.I doubt there were that many printed and there will be very few survivors. From the extensive RG Harris archive of military ephemera.
This one is a Consecration of Colours Presentation to the 4th Battalion Yorkshire Volunteers. It is dated 9th June 1989. It has a coloured printed crest on the front andhas 6 pages inside the cover including a coloured illustration and some printed black and white photos.
It measures approx. 8 and 1/4inches x 5 and 3/4 inches. It is in collectable condition with normal signs of age and use wear including some stains on the paper etc. No rips or tears on any of the pages.Please see pictures for more details.
