1. All cards are in NM or Better Conditions. Some would grade a 10 others may not. If you are wanting a card graded a 10, BUY IT ALREADY GRADED. I donot accept returns based on what a card might grade. I provide detailed scans for you to decide what the card might grade. Anything that would cause the card to beconsidered less than NM will be listed in the description.2. If the listing has the \"Best Offer\" option, it means I am accepting offers. If it does not, then I AM NOT ACCEPTING OFFERS. This seems simple enough, but sending an offerof $25 for a card that averages selling for $75, wastes both our times. Offers sent on cards not having the Best Offer option will be ignored.3. Shipping costs are clearly listed for each item. I do not make money on shipping, in fact, in most cases, I ship free or for less than it actually costs to ship.
