A construction worker at the Bradley Center, Michael Lange, 26, of Sturtevant, was lifted on a stretcher Wednesday after he apparently fell off a ladder and struck his head in scaffolding. He was treated at Mount Sinai Medical Center and released, a hospital spokeswoman said. Lange has been climbing a ladder between the second and third levels of the building at N. 4th St. and W. Highland Ave. He fell to the second floor and was moved to ground level by stretcher and crane, a fire official said.Photo measures 9.5 x 8inches. Photo is dated 4-8-1987. PHOTO FRONT
