A tractor-trailer truck owned by Yellow Freight Lines Inc. swerved to avoid a skidding car and hit the sign about 11:30 p.m. Monday. Truck driver Raymond Bolt was not hurt, but the truck received about $9,000 worth of damage, a company official said. Coliseum Manager Paul Buck said he was trying to get a new sign right away but had no idea what it would cost. Independence Arena, Exterior Photo measures 10 x 6.5 inches. Photo Is dated 1981.
