Vintage 1970s poster which was obtained from the estate of the artist, Herrick Morgan. Titled: \"The Last Exit\" by Herrick Edward Morgan Tribute to the last days of this historic San Francisco landmark.After serving the Bay Area from 1928-1972, the park was closed on September 4, 1972. In the lower left corneris the date \"9/2/72\" adjacent tothe Artist\'s Signature. Marvelous tribute to \"Laffing Sal\" whose cackle could be heard throughout the amusement park grounds. A Laffing Sal figure is seen making her way out ofthe park consoled by a large clown and a small man dragging his guitar. From the Marilyn Blaisdell Collection and her retail memorabilia store, San Francisciana (1972-1984) which was located in the San Francisco Cliff House.
