1970s ADVERTISING LEAFLET \"ROYAL HUNTING LODGE\" HOTEL NORTH BERWICK, SCOTLAND:

This is an advertising leaflet for the \"Royal Hunting Lodge\" hotel in North Berwick in Scotland. The hotel was owned by \"Clydesdale Commonwealth Hotels\" at the time. No date on the leaflet, but I think the first half of the 1970s. The leaflet has brief details about the location and some colour pgotographic images of the interior. Interesting piece of advertising memorabilia. The item measures 9.6cm x 21.7cm when folded and opens out to three panels wide.

The item is in a good condition. General edge, fold end and corner rubs, when opened out there are tiny creases at left hand corners, rubbing along folds, small mark, small split and a small rubbed area at bottom of left hand fold, light brown marks at bottom of left hand fold on inside of item, some light brown marks and a small rub at bottom right hand corner on inside of item, some very small bits of paper residue at bottom of two images on the inside, some very light browning to inside of item, the odd light bend to front panel, the odd tiny mark to item, the odd tiny bump to edges. Please check scans carefully as they help with the condition too.
