The jacket has NOT been cleaned - does have some stains primarily at the bottom of the sleeves. It has been in storage for many years!
Overall, the corduroy, patches, and pins are in good shape.
The jacket has no visible snags, rips, or tears. The TALON zipper, waist adjustment buckets, and sleeve buttons are intact and work as intended.
There was a white clip-on tie found in one of the front pockets that will stay with the jacket. The bottom of the tie does have stains.
