Embossed white serial and Bucking Horseand Rider on dark blue plate with border line; "WYO 69" at top right.

Condition:

Unused. These plates are betterthan very good.They are actually closer to Near Mintcondition. NOS = New Old Stock license plates.Have some very, very, very minor light scratches,imperfections.Please See All Pictures.
