The original vintage Uten.Silo I wall organizer. Designed by Dorothee Maurer Becker in 1969 and produced by her husband — Ingo Maurer (Design M). Pictured — cream (actually off-white some faded areas) throughout and some yellowing due to sunlight exposure. All of the vessels are in very good shape. Metal parts are clean and no rust due to being in an artist’s studio under dry conditions.
Due to careful examination it doesn’t look like this was used for storing markers or artist supplies. The backing is in very good condition with little color fading. Mounting holes in each corner are intact and no cracks.
