By the time police had captured the lion, she had mauled a dog which attacked her, bit a man on the finger and scared residents of an eight-block residential area. Fair says Kamou got out because a burglar broke into his home and left the back door open. \"It wasn\'t her fault,\" he said. But police said the African pet lion would be impounded. Animals.
