Fourth Ave. (Red Rd.) in Hialeah between 26th and 27th Sts. And it doesn\'t go anywhere. It\'s only about as long as the road is wide, and I\'ve seen several cars lose control when they hit it in the rain. Is it too big an order to ask for its removal? - W. H. No, it\'s just about the right size order. Metro men answered Action Line\'s call and paved over the track Friday. It took some diligent study of titles and possible remedies by several county offices, but when it was complete, County Highway Engineer Gene Bechamps said the abandoned railroad spur could go.
