Large-scaleoriginal 1964 mid-century abstract by William Westenhaver, founder of the Western International Trading Company (WITCO) and arguably, Washington State's finest artist. Among others: Elvis Presley, Hugh Hefner & Roy Orbisondesigned entire rooms around his work. Space-aged 1962 Seattle World's Fair Era. Oilor acrylic on canvas, dry mounted on art board (all of which appears to have beendone by Westenhaver). Measures about 40" by 33". Shippingwill be $34.95 to any U.S. zipcode. ($145.00 foreign).
Artist signed & dated. Needs a few light restorations but overall in excellent condition.

We found these, a few years back, at an antique store just south of his home on Guemes Island. Our hunch is that they were once part of his, or afriend orfamily members', estate.
