Adams, 3215 Rice Blvd., center, general manager of the Lamar and Mckinney Hotels, receives the pin of office as president of the Downtown Kiwanis Club in installation ceremonies at the club\'s meeting Wednesday noon in the Rice Hotel. Presenting the president\'s pin to him is John c. Archer, 2218 Banks, president of Allright, Inc., the retiring president of the Kiwanis Club. At the left is the installing officer, Milton McGinty, 2203 Yorktown Drive who is lieutenant-governor of Division 3, the Harris County-Galveston Country area of the Kiwanis Club.
