1963 Avanti with 1962 Indy 500 Winner Rodger Ward in Leader Card Roadster Photo.

Rodger Ward, born in Beloit, KS, won the 1962 Indianapolis 500 in the Leader Card 500 Roadster and was awarded the 1963 Studebaker Avanti for winning the race. As a result he was the first Avanti owner.

Rodger had a previous Indy 500 win in 1959.

Reproduction photo printed on high quality, high gloss, acid free base stock photographic paper. Paper size is 8\" x 10\". Original scanned were two smaller photos that have been combined on one sheet. A nice memorabilia piece.
