1959 NEW JERSEY COURTESY license plates — ALL ORIGINAL vintage antique auto tags:

Offering various NEW JERSEY passenger COURTESY license plates, from MORRIS COUNTY (1 LCL, 1-2 LCL, LTG 1), in northern NJ; and BURLINGTON COUNTY (5 NJV), in western NJ. Thin aluminum plates use a pale yellow base with black embossed lettering. 100% original paint, with no touch-ups. Include "Garden State" nickname embossed at bottom. The LCL plates (issued in the 1959 series) are pairs; the others (LTG 1969 series, NJV 1973 series) are singles. Courtesy plates are the forerunners of personalized vanity tags in NJ, long offered to political bigwigs but otherwise difficult for the general public to get.

Plates are STRAIGHT and lie FLAT, with no bends, no tears to metal, no extra holes, and no other defects. Paint is SOLID and STRONG. A few minor scuffs and paint chips, to be expected with use and wear. Could easily be remounted on wall or other flat surface. See attached photos for details!

Plates are perfect for any Garden State resident or native, low-number or courtesy tag collector, or anyone celebrating a birthday or anniversary or other special occasion from 1959, '69, or '73, and they each MAKE A GREAT GIFT!
