To the best of my knowledge there was a celebration in Havana , Cuba celebrating the success of the Revolution and Fidel Castro held at De La Libertad Park from 11 Abril to 3 Mayo 1959 . This is an Original ribbon from that event , The Ribbon also served as a ticket for entry to the park ., it was with a collection of Cuban items I recently purchased .
