\"FAMOUS DOUGLAS AIRPLANES\" promotional painting set
This is a very nice original aircraft promotional picture set from the Douglas Aircraft Company.It is not dated but has to be from 1956-1957 based on the discussions of existing and upcoming aircraft on the back sides.Post June 1956, but prior to 1958.It consists of 23 sheets, approx. 9\"x6\" each, enclosed in a blue folded cardstock logo cover.Each sheet features a black and white painting of a Douglas aircraft or missile. On the back is a description and in many cases a set of drawings.All are in excellent condition except for the F5D Skylancer, which as a couple of folds (see photo).
Will be shipped in an envelope with a cardboard reinforcement.All sales final, no returns.
This is a very nice set and an interesting bit of nostalgia from the late 1950s!
