Note: This candid pose of Marilyn looks similar to a shot taken by photographer Arthur Fellig ‘Weegee’ or photographer Marvin Scott or even a press photographer but I am not sure which photographer took this photo because there were so many photographers there that night. But it would not have been taken by photographer Marvin Scott because all his photographs were produced later and he signed all of them. Very rare and historical. And the last picture in this listing shows a similar pose taken by Marvin Scott that includes a very interesting paragraph about him and this event so I included it for reference only but it is not included in the sale it’s for historical, informational, purposes only. Selling my extremely rare 1955 Marilyn Monroe original photograph. Here she is looking absolutely stunning riding a Pink elephant at Madison Square Garden in New York City. This photo shows Marilyn’s outfit in one of the best poses I have seen of her at this event. And I collected as many of the most stunning photos of her at this event as I could find during my years of collecting (I have 2 other photos different poses but just as stunning listed now) Gelatin silver. Size 8x10 inch. Produced from the original negative or transparency. My best guess is this was produced on or about year of issue.
