But you do remember the Our Gang comedies, and little Farina, who was always getting the wits scared out of him by a ghost or a skeleton? That was Eugene Jackson. And if you don\'t mind being reminded of how old you\'re getting, Jackson is in town with a \"gang\" of his own - his wife and two children, who are about the age he was when he started in the comedies. Jackson\'s here with his own musical trio, now appearing at Augie\'s Theater Lounge on Hennepin Avenue. Jackson, now 36, played in movie comedies about four years in the early 1920\'s. He went to the Gang right from his first part in a movie. The Gang roles didn\'t get Farina much richer. He started for Hal Roach at $60 a week and $75 was his top salary.
