HALLOWEEN BLACK CAT FOIL WALL DECORATION - 1950s Made in USA(unmarked Happy Holiday, Battleboro, MA). 8\" x 13.5\". Color litho on mildly embossed die-cut foil & cardboard.
Classic \"Snarling Black Cat\" design. This is the scarcer 2-piece oversized variety, adhered horizontally with 2 staples as designed by the manufacturer. A very attractive, flashy holiday decoration.
Condition is considered GOOD to FAIR with moderate surface/stain/edge wear. Moderate surface creasing & foil scuffing. Moderate litho wear/small tears around top hanger hole. No other tears or separation. Colors & imagery are still bold, bright & attractive.
Overall, we feel this is a very displayable example by most standards (see photos).
