Damaged Items - Please return damaged items and include the damaged packaging iniside your return package. If we are able, we will exchange the damanged item, or provide a full refund.
For Items Sent by Mistake, please send your item in its original packaging. Sealed packages that have been opened and items that show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.Upon receipt of you return, we can dispatch the correct item or provide a full refund upon request.
All other return or refund requests must be made within 14 days of item delivery. If granted, we will refund your order total, minus the original cost of shipping upon receipt of your returned item. Buyer is responsible for costs of return shipments.
