1950\'s Mid Century Modern Small Homes Council Circular H1.0 Interior Design. Produced by the University of Illinois Small Homes Council to aid builders and homeownersin designing their new homes with the latest in style and construction methods, with cool mid-century artwork! Each measures about 11\" x 8.5\" with pre-punched holes to allow storage inside a 3-ring binder. We have a large number of the circularsthat were releases, all from the same estate. Please go to our store page and use the search engine to see all of the different issues (we will ship as many as 10 for the base shipping we have on one circular- please contact us before buying so we can put them into a lot for you to keep you from overpaying on shipping :-)
All are in very good vintage condition with no noticed handwriting, only light storage wear and light paper tanning . Please see photos for more details.We try very hard to protect your purchase- books and other paper items get sent in plastic sleeves or bubble wrap surrounded by cardboard, other breakable items get packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or other protection to help avoid postal damage. NEW!-5-23-2021- is constantly changing what it requires us as sellers to listings. Sometimes, those boxes that have to be clicked include things that have nothing to do with what is being sold (a military book with a sub-category of FOOD location, which is a strange thing to require). Sometimes, they want us to put a year for a lot of multi-year items, sometimes adding a sub-category for decade . So we try to add the correct information as best we can. As often as they make us change our listings, there can be a few listings that slip through the cracks. So if you have any questions about what we are selling, please send us a message, and either my wife or I will respond to try to help you out :-)
We will combine multiple purchases and give you a discount if possible to save both of us on shipping- just send an email to let us know when you are done , we will send you an invoice with the shipping discount. If won\'t allow you to buy without immediate payment (due to their rules for sellers to qualify for Top rated Plus), we will refund you any overpayment as soon as we can get on our computer (we only charge our buyers our ACTUAL shipping costs on every order) !
Please study the pictures and description before offerding or purchasing , and ask questions if you are unclear about anything. Be sure the item is what you want before purchasing, because we do not take returns EXCEPT through the return system. All items sold as is. We are not experts in any field. We find interesting things at sales and estate sales, and pass them along to you. We do a little internet research and describe things as best we can, but you probably know more about the item than we do. You decide the quality and value. Please let me know if we have incorrectly described or identified the item.
We do not sell using \"free shipping\" (except for an occasional light paper item that we can slip into a first class envelope for a single stamp)- we would rather sell you items for the best price, and only charge you for our actual shipping costs. Please compare our full price including shipping to what other sellers are asking with \"free?\" shipping- we strive to have the best total price :-)
We buy most of our items from estate sales and other outside sources, so we can not promise you that an item comes from a ?smoke free? home. We try very hard to make sure anything we sell is clean and does not contain odors , but if you are an individual who is extra-sensitive to any odor please contact us before purchasing. Paper items over 50 years old almost always have some age related odors, so we can?\'t promise odor-free . We always post as many photos as possible to give you the views you need to see any possible flaws, and to help you decide if the item for sale is right for you. We DO NOT use \"stock\" photos- what you see in the photos is what we will be sending to you.
We often pack our sales in clean, recycled boxes and packing materials. It\'s our little way to keep these items out of the landfill for another use, and helps keep our prices as low as possible :-)
