1949 Wi District Basketball Tournament Souvinir Program, Coca Cola Centerfold:

This is a Feb 15-18, 1949, District Basketball Tournament souvenir program from West Salem, Wi. It consists of six pages, two of which contain quarter page ads, one which contains 1/6 page ads, a Welcome page with a list of previous tournament winners, present tournament official\'s names, and present committees and member names. The centerfold is a full color Coca Cola ad with the tournament schedule and places to print in the final scores of each game. The back page also has 1/6 page ads. The program measures 11\" by 8 1/16\". The cover art is by Larry Tisdale and is signed. Unit 6 Bx RThis program is in excellent condition for it\'s age, but like so many others that were taken into the stands with the owner to watch the game, it was folded to hold it. That fold is not heavily creased but is visible when you look at the Coca Cola centerfold and draw a slightly slanted line through the second \'C\' in Coca and between the \'h\' and the \'e\' in \'schedule\' on the right half of the page. There is also a bent in corner on the upper left front of the program. The colors are nice and bright and the corners are crisp with no signs of wear. Be sure and check the photos as they do a much better job of showing condition than I can with the written word.
