These stamps were issued in 1948 to honor the famous Civil War nurse Clara Barton, who founded the American National Red Cross in 1881.This block isguaranteed to be fault-free with full, original, never hinged gum.The information insert pictured is also included with the stamps.It would look great framed and would make a great gift!
Please note that the stamps are not mounted to any surface. Because of the white borders of both the stamps and the insert, they have been scanned against a black background for a clearer view of both the stamps and the card.
