1947 HOLLYWOOD STAR STAMPS FRANK SINATRA RC Special Award Stamp Mint:

Highest grade is a PSA 6..that one on is missing a perforation on the top right and has a surface mark on the front.
Surely this Stamp should grade higher than a 6 and that one is listed at 850.00.
Some of the stamps sold on have been soaked out of an album or no longer has the original glue on the back of the stamp.I\'m not sure how sophisticated PSA is and do they grade these as stamps are graded..
I\'ll only be listing Stamps that have the original glue intact and if not i\'ll surely point it out.You are only offerding on the card shown in the scans.The backs are clean unless specified.

Please examine scans and ask questions...i will point out any flaws not seen on the scan.
