Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States founded by Adolph Kastor in 1876.In the early years, the company imported and distributed German-made knives.In 1897, it started manufacturing knives and by 1910, it was producing close to a million knives a year and had about 200 employees, many of them German immigrants.
This knife has the blade forged from the fine carbon steel. The handle is double pinned over the full tang to sure fitting for durability, strength, & balance.

Condition pitting patina on both sides of the blade ( last two photos ), blade structure is good

Maintenance Suggestion:Hand wash only in warm water after using,especially if used on foods that have acidic sauce/liquid. After washing it, wipe the blade and handle completely dry.Use of electric knife sharpener or dishwasher not recommended.
