1940s American Airlines Women\'s Amenity Kit Elizabeth Arden Cosmetics:

Exceedingly rare and wonderful item from an era when air travel was glamorous. Elizabeth Arden herself is known to have been a huge fan of flying and also had a promotion with BOAC (British Airlines) and while I have found no mention of her AA affiliation, the labeled cosmetics are proof positive. As seen, two of the items are branded American Airlines while the Victory Red lipstick isn\'t. Perhaps it is a replacement item. No matter, this is a relic you won\'t likely see very often. Note in last picture the tear in the looped holder.
