1940 Lady of San Juan de Los Lagos Framed 13 x 8 cm- Read description:

The image, (which is surrounded by cast pewter angles), seems to be a photo that has been converted into a postcard with the photo image of the Virgin on the front and on the back a stamped inscription in Spanish.(see photos).
The size of the photo/postcard is 13 centimeters by 8centimeters.
The frame is exactly 26centimeters by 26centimeters.
The front of the photo/postcard has an inscription on the below left side of the Virgin that appears to read "Prop. RGTDA SEPT 14 1940". And on the righthand side of the inscription seems to read "NUM. 11241" (possibly the series number made from that particular photo negative?) (see photos).
The Back of the photo/postcard has been impressed with some sort of stamp.(see photos).
The back of the frame has a hand written note that appears to be in cursive Spanish (see photos).
I'm willing to consider any reasonable offers.
