Measures just about 5-3/16\" - center mounting hole to center mounting hole aprox 2-5/8\"

Shows wear, but overall good condition for it\'s age with some light color loss. Thin metal (why many didin\'t survive) top points slightly bent, may need some tweaking if installing on the vehicle
